That’s a whole lotta rolling resistance.

Now I want to know more. Got a link to an article on t he guy?
It looks like he may have gone to the effort of properly designing the front end so that both tires follow the correct track to prevent t ire scrubbing, but it’s really hard to tell from the photos.

You are correct. He went into detail about the work involved to get the geometry correct. “I’m no engineer, it was trial and error”.
He mentioned SEMA. Didn’t catch his last name but exchanged emails. Nicest guy you could ever hope to meet.

He trucks it into the flat
neighborhood for a day of riding
.

I can appreciate the art and the skill that it took to create.
Just realized that’s Powell Street in Vancouver too. Neat.

I’d ride the hell out of it but for me that would mean buying
not building
, and that wouldn’t be cool.

I wonder how much that bad boy weighs. Not that I’m a weight weenie but I think trying to ride that any real distance would have me in distress and a slight incline might require a call to BCAA.

O.o
lot of work went into fabricating that
with the fork sticking out that low i suspect its not meant to go fast...dont think it would take well to much leaning in turns

I’d love to take it for a spin if for no other reason just to feel how the dual front wheels affect the lean on turns. The rear wheel looks like it would resist lean-in with a flat plane across the dual tires. It has to handle weird.
It’s clear that the guy loves his work. The clean implementation of such an strange idea is fascinating.

Looks like it would be very difficult to turn, with that non-steering center wheel dragging and the big stretch fork.

He actually
went through the
trouble to make both fronts turn correctly.

There are steering links to the middle wheel.
